Well after getting plans done to renivate our house and starting to get bids done it was going to be alot more than we planned. Apparently Material costs for construction have sky rocketed over the last 9 months. For example copper wire is up 70%!!! Well after getting some bids in i was bored one day and decided to see what there was for some new houses and we found one. Here is an outside shot of the house. More pics of the inside to come. The people are still living in there so don’t mind their stuff. More pics after the jump.
